Our stylish, light-flooded 50 sqm apartment in the quiet village offers modern comfort and natural living for up to 4 people. The apartment is in the basement of a new building, has underfloor heating, automatic ventilation and modern furnishings. The separate bedroom with a 160 cm double bed invites you to relax, as does the very comfortable sofa bed (also 160 cm wide) in the living area. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: induction stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle – everything there for enjoyable meals that you can enjoy at the cozy dining area directly by the window. The large terrace with outdoor seating offers space for relaxing hours outdoors. Families are welcome – baby high chair is available and the trampoline can also be used! In the village you can easily walk to: supermarket, wildlife park, heated and modern outdoor pool, the large Alla-Hopp playground for young and old, a butcher shop as well as a Greek and a French restaurant. A bakery can be found in the neighboring village. The location is ideal for excursions: world-famous old town of Heidelberg (40 min), charming half-timbered town of Mosbach (15 min), Sinsheim with exotic spa, large technology museum and football stadium (20 min) or Heilbronn with Europe's largest science center Experimenta (40 min). There is a train connection in the neighboring town – the bus goes directly. Hikers and cyclists start right outside the door or a few minutes away by car at the Neckarsteig and many MTB routes in the Odenwald.
