Each master suite features a king bed, private half bath, and its own door leading to the backyard and wraparound deck. The Jack-and-Jill shower connects both suites with added privacy curtains. Enjoy a spacious kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances—large enough for the whole family—and a cozy waffle bar. Relax by the electric fireplace in the open living room with plenty of seating, or step outside to stargaze from the private hot tub, far from city lights. The fully gated property offers peace, privacy, and plenty of parking. Washer and dryer included for guest use. The kitchen includes a Keurig, French press, air fryer, and Ninja blender. A bedside bassinet, play mat, and pack 'n play are also available in the closet. Cottage: Also included is a private studio cottage just steps from the main house and hot tub. The cottage features a queen bed, full bathroom, kitchenette with fridge, sink, microwave, and counter space, plus a small electric fireplace for heat and window AC for warmer days. Western-themed and cozy, it’s perfect for added privacy within your group. Guest access Guests will have access to the gated property, hot tub, house and studio cottage. Other things to note ***Please note: The main home features two master-style bedroom suites, each with its own private toilet and vanity area. The shower is a shared Jack-and-Jill style—accessible from both bathrooms—with a glass shower door on each side. For added privacy, we’ve installed shower curtains over both shower doors.
