Family house in the countryside, 20 min from the sea

Welcome to Les Petits Prés, our country house, a charming old farmhouse, located in a very peaceful environment. The farm has retained its authenticity, with its outbuildings that form a pleasant enclosure, with pretty views from the house. Just 10 minutes from Lisieux and 20–25 minutes from the beaches of Cabourg, Houlgate or Villers-sur-Mer. This is our second home: a real family home, warm and inhabited, not a simple impersonal place intended for rent. The space On the ground floor: living room with stove, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, separate toilet, a playroom for children. Upstairs: 4 bedrooms, a bathroom with bath and toilet, and a bedroom with its own shower and sink. Very comfortable for 8 people (6 adults and 2 children for example) Children's rooms have games for small children and books (our children are between 2 and 10 years old), there are also board games available as well as guides and regional maps. High chair on site. The garden is vast (1 hectare and a half of land!) and very pleasant, perfect for outdoor meals and enjoy the holidays: large table, chairs, umbrella and barbecue are available. No immediate neighbors, you will be totally quiet for your holidays! You can hear the birds, you can see deer, and you have some strawberry and aromatic plants in the vegetable garden. We love this home and hope you have a good time, it's a real haven of peace! Guest access You'll have access to the entire home and part of the outbuildings Other things to note Please note that there is almost no telephone network on site! A Wi-Fi connection (fiber) allows you to stay connected anyway. Around Manerbe: Lisieux (10 min): famous market on Saturday, Sainte-Thérèse basilica, museums and shops. Beaches (20–25 min): Cabourg, Houlgate, Villers-sur-Mer for swimming and walks by the sea. Hiking: many trails and sunken paths from the house Local visits and activities: Château and Jardins de Boutemont, Château de Saint-Germain-de-Livet, Leisure center in Pont L'évèque, Lisieux swimming pool, Cerza zoo, tree climbing, bike or horseback riding.
