Trash pickup happens every week, so simply take the bin to the road for trash collection. The space is located in the woods, so this means you may encounter wildlife, bugs, and other critters around the property. Please be mindful and keep them outside only. Roads are plowed when it snows, but you'll be in charge of shoveling/salting the deck/walkways on the property during your stay.
