The slightly different apartment

Our small, nice apartment on the 2nd floor is suitable for 2 people. Due to the penthouse roof, it has a great room height and is bright and friendly. In the living area you have a large TV and a cozy sofa. There is also the small, well-equipped kitchenette with 2 ceramic hobs and a refrigerator. A parking space is right by the house. Distance to Ratzeburg 3 km The staircase is used by another person, as our office is located on the 1st floor. The space In the sleeping area there is a 180 x 200 cm double bed. It is separated from the living area by a sliding door. A spacious closet is available to you. Two Velux windows let in the morning sun or the stars at night and can be darkened by electric blinds if necessary. In the living area there are floor-to-ceiling windows. From there you have a view of the green expanse and towards Ratzeburg, also a view of our garden and the neighbors' Rumpelhof. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, a bathtub and a large Velux window. Guest access The driveway next to the house can be used by you as a parking space for your car. You park right in front of the garage with the white gate. The key safe is also installed there. Charging option for an electric car for a fee. In the garage, your bikes can safe and dry for your tours. The corresponding remote control is located in the key cabinet (ground floor). There is also a small seating area on the driveway where you can enjoy the morning or evening sun. On hot days it is pleasantly shady there. Next to the garage are the trash cans, which we also use :-) Other things to note The city of Ratzeburg OT St. Georgsberg is within walking distance, there are bakeries and supermarkets. Ratzeburg train station is about 15 minutes away by foot. The city of Ratzeburg is beautifully located and with the cathedral, many other sights and the unique island location offers good potential for interesting excursions. In the vicinity there are many lakes for swimming, hiking, cycling routes, boat tours, e.g. with Heinrich dem Löwen, and the Baltic Sea is also not far. The cities of Lübeck, Schwerin and Hamburg are easily accessible.
