7 person holiday home in STRÅVALLA-By Traum The space This comfortable and modern holiday home in a lovely setting and is located not far away from the fine sandy beaches. Just a few kilometers away from the pleasant summer town of Frillesås. In this modern holiday on 156 m² there is a very nice kitchen area on the ground floor where you all can gather around, as well a pleasant bathroom, laundry room, two bedrooms equipped with simple beds where you can choose to have them separated or make a double bed and a smaller activity room with an exit towards the patio. This floor is also largely adapted toward people with disabilities. On the upper floor is the living room located with a seating area in front of the TV and an additional bedroom with 3 simple beds. The holiday home has free Wi-Fi. On the backside you will find the large patio where you will no doubt spend many long and lovely evenings. Outside is a lovely lawn located which slowly slopes down towards the beautiful and leafy area by the river. On the other side of the river is a jogging track where you can jog or take a power walk to keep in shape. Otherwise is there very attractive to perform their outdoor activities down by the ocean, not at least during the spring and autumn. During the winter this holiday home and the surrounding area is very cozy and pleasant, you can take a healthy walk by the ocean, then later go inside the warm holiday home and make a warm cup of tea and relax in the sofa with your family and perhaps watch a good movie. The holiday home is just next to a small road and surrounded by some few houses. You will get access to a lawn that is next to the river Löftaån where you can fish. With your walking shoes you can take a stroll on the long shallow beaches just a 10 minutes’ walk away from you holiday home. In Frillesås there are both restaurants and shops which can make your everyday life simple, and if you get tired of sand and shallow beaches there is not far to the cliffs in Torstensvik where you can bathe. The excursion possibilities here are good. You can take a trip down to the lovely city of Varberg where you can visit restaurants, museums or maybe go on a fishing trip on the ocean. If you go north you will arrive to the popular small town Kungsbacka where there is not far to the bid city of Gothenburg. You can get to the shopping paradise Gekås in Ullared in about 45min. For those who owns pets are welcome to bring it, but of course you will obey laws, regulations and monitor your pet according “common sense” with respect to all neighbors and surroundings. The electricity bill is included during the A, B and C season, but in the other times of the year there will be an added cost. This holiday home is not available for youth groups to rent, it is located in an area for those who prefer peace, quiet and family community.
