In the heart of the gorgeous Somerset village of Pilton, beautiful newly renovated Havenlea gives you a 2 bedroom 2 shower room ground floor space with private entrance, a patio, parking for one small/medium car. A short walk from the Crown pub, Co op shop, historic Tithe barn & church, Pilton Stage & coffee shop. Ideally placed for a stay to attend Glastonbury Festival, short stroll to access gate. Walks & cycling on the doorstep. Glastonbury & Wells each 15 min drive. Adults & children 5+ The space Renovated in 2025 Havenlea offers a serene space to relax after a day exploring Somerset's delights, such as Cheddar Gorge, Wookey Hole Caves, Wells (England's smallest City), fascinating Bath, or Longleat Safari Park, or walking the many local footpaths and exploring gorgeous villages like Croscombe and Bruton or the towns of Glastonbury, Shepton Mallet or Frome. Millfield School is a ten minute drive. Havenlea is set high up on the south west side of the village. If you’re lucky enough to be attending Glastonbury Festival, the access gate is a 5-10 minute walk. Guest access Havenlea has its own private entrance, accessed directly off the parking area so is perfect for unpacking and getting settled in quickly. There is a kitchen with built in oven, hob, microwave , fridge with freezer compartment and dishwasher, Nespresso Virtuo coffee machine and everything you might need to cook a simple or sumptuous meal. A light bright comfortable living room has 2 x 2 seat sofas and a 50" smart TV. With French windows opening to the whimsical view over the village A dining area has a table and 4 chairs and crockery and glasses are provided. There is wifi with a strong signal. Bedroom 1 has a comfortable kingsize bed, bedside tables with deep drawers, bedside lamps, a fitted wardrobe and an ensuite shower room with wc, basin, small cupboard and shower. Quality bed linen and fluffy towels are provided Bedroom 2 has a kingsize bed that can be split into 2 singles if required, bedside tables with deep drawers, bedside lamps, a fitted wardrobe and an ensuite shower room with wc, basin, small cupboard and shower. Quality bed linen and fluffy towels are provided. French windows open from the living room, to access the patio that is positioned to maximise morning and evening sun. It affords a lovely view of the village church, and has a table and 4 chairs. There is also a chiminea for chilly evenings. Other things to note Havenlea is part of our house but has its own entrance. It is for adults and children over the age of 5. It is priced for 2 guests. Guests over and above this will each be charged an additional £10 per night. Maximum occupancy is 4 guests total. Please advise on booking which bedroom configuration you will need ( eg, just bed 1 with its kingsize bed; just bedroom 2 with twin beds or, if x 3-4 guests, both bedrooms with both kingsize beds or 1 x kingsize and 2 single beds)
