New, quiet and elegant accommodation. Air-conditioned. 45 minutes from the ocean. In a small village in Chalosse, a property with centuries-old oak trees. The apartment is self-contained adjoining the owners house. The owners' pool is accessible to hosts. Bed linen and toilet provided and foutas for the pool. 26 m2 terrace equipped and covered. Plancha/BBQ available Wide screen TV with Netflix access. Elliptical Cycling Travel cot and bathtub available upon request. The space Apartment of 45 m2 as well as 25 m2 of equipped covered terrace. The entry is independent of our house whose apartment is an extension. The pool and its terrace are available to our guests from early May to late October (heated pool) 😊. However, we keep it for us or our guests when our hosts do not use it. Our cottage is brand new and air-conditioned. The kitchen has a dishwasher. Washing machine available in our laundry room upon request. The private covered terrace at the cottage is equipped with 2 deck chairs, an outdoor lounge, a plancha, and an elliptical bike. It's possible to eat outside. No pets allowed. We have 1 cat 😸 Guest access Apartment adjoining our house. For safety reasons (swimming pool), we welcome couples with babies with pleasure, but only if the baby cannot yet walk. We welcome smokers but only outdoors
