Your perfect North East coastal adventure starts here! Please be aware this property is not part of the Park Dene resort and is a private lodge on the site. You will need to pay extra to access their entertainment. The space Step into a bright and airy open-plan living space, complete with vaulted ceilings and a cozy fireplace. The lodge is designed for comfort and relaxation for up to 4 guests. Key Features: Living Area: Comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and free Wi-Fi. Kitchen: A fully equipped modern kitchen with an oven, microwave, and fridge/freezer. Outdoor Space: Private decking with outdoor seating. Sleeping Arrangements: Bedroom 1: A comfortable double bed with an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2: Two single beds, perfect for children or friends. Amenities Provided: All bed linen and towels Hair dryer Clothes drying rack Heating throughout for all-season stays Guest access CHECK IN / CHECK OUT Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule. Closer to your arrival, we will email your check-in instructions one day before check-in, so please keep an eye on your inbox. We also provide 24/7 guest support and local personal service before and during your stay. The local community-based team of Pass the Keys® personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys®’s Property Readiness Standard. We provide complimentary tea and coffee, as well as travel sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll. These should last a couple of days. If more is needed, there is a Tesco Express a 5 minutes drive away.
