Dream house for nature and horse lovers

For nature and horse lovers. This full-fledged house with 3 bedrooms (part of the house where we live) is located in the middle of a unique nature reserve, where forest, land dunes and fens alternate. From a beautiful light veranda, you can see the outdoor terrace, meadows with our horses and forest. Opportunity to really interact with our horses and meet yourself (Reflections). Nearby you can do covered wagon rides, horseback riding or you can also accommodate your own horses. The space We live in a large farmhouse in the middle of the forest and provide a separate living area with beautiful light veranda bay window (dining area) with south-west garden at the disposal of our guests. A large catalpa protects you from excessive heat in the summer, but lets the sun warm you in the spring. In the spring, it smells wonderful of the flowers of the catalpa. There is an open fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, vitroceramic hob, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, toaster. Plenty of pots, pans, oven dishes, cooking utensils and cutlery. We have provided kitchen towels, a dishcloth, sponge, dishwasher brush, detergent, a kitchen roll and garbage bags. In the laundry room, there is a dishwasher and dishwasher detergent. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs. The beds can be arranged as single beds, but also for couples (connecting mattresses and 1 large duvet). Please mention how you want the layout. The beds are covered with duvets and duvet covers. The bathroom is very spacious and has a separate shower, bathtub, toilet, bathroom furniture with 2 sinks and large cabinets. For each guest, there is a bath towel, hand towel and washcloths. You will find shower cream and shampoo, hair dryer, cotton pads and cotton buds in the bathroom. Downstairs, there is also a toilet and a "laundry room" in the entrance hall, where a washing machine, drying rack, dishwasher, ironing board and iron are available. If you unexpectedly need something, just let us know (we live "next door"), and we will help you. You have an entrance with hall that opens onto the large courtyard and an entrance in the backyard. The fenced backyard is fully at your disposal (with garden table and chairs, and if desired, a parasol and 2 loungers). The living area is located in the middle of the domain, where we also keep horses as naturally as possible. From the living area and also the "master bedroom" you have the best view of the horses and the meadows, where you can occasionally also spot a deer. Around our house, there are also 2 sweet, enthusiastic and playful dogs and a cat. And in the back is an orchard with chickens. From spring to autumn, there are swallows in the stables. And in the barn, there is a barn owl. A food forest has been planted at the back of the property. We would be happy to show you around if you wish. Activities with our horses - our horse-ners: You can take lessons with us in natural interaction with horses, or do personal, group or family sessions with our horses to gain insight and growth. Discuss the possibilities with us. We have books on all sorts of topics (horses, human sciences, sociology, all kinds of creativity, nature guides, cooking, gardening, permaculture...), which you can look into. The DVDs we have are also at your disposal. Guest access You have access to the rented living area and a private garden area, overlooking the meadow and the horses. Our guests can drive up to the house on arrival and departure and can park their car in front of the house. Other things to note The price for the first 2 people includes the use of the master bedroom (bedroom 1). If a 2nd bedroom is used, this corresponds to the price for 2 additional people. Same for the 3rd bedroom. So, for example, if you come with 3 and use 3 bedrooms, the price per night will be charged as if you come with 6 people (so in fact 30 euros per additional room instead of 15 euros per additional person). For dogs: please inform us in advance to see if it is possible. Additional cost: 10 Euro per night. Dogs are not allowed on the upper floor and in the seats and remain in their own fenced garden area. Please note: For electricity consumption: 3 Kwh per day per person is included in the price. Additional consumption will be charged at the end of the stay. Please note that there are dogs and cats walking around the premises. Dogs can be taught that they are not allowed to go somewhere, but cats go everywhere. We ask that you do not feed the animals and do not allow them in the house.
