Bright and fresh house located between apple orchards, golf courses and fantastic beaches. At the old apple packing house from the 1930s, you live comfortably in your own house and with your own patio. Walking distance to Vik's wonderful fishing village and to two super nice golf courses. Free and private parking by the house. If you are traveling by public transport, it is only a 5-minute walk to the bus stop. The bus to either Simrishamn or Kristianstad runs every hour and is an excellent means of transport to get further by train. The space Spacious bedroom with double bed. Large windows, roller blinds and blinds are available. Charming sleeping loft with two single beds that are reached via a removable ladder. Gate to the loft is available. About 160 cm up in the ridge. Living room with TV, dining area for 4 people and fully-equipped open-plan kitchen. The steps to the sleeping loft are located here. Fully tiled bathroom with shower and toilet. OTHER Washing machine available in the hallway. Private patio with table and chairs. Partially fenced plot with large lawn. Dogs are welcome (but keep in mind that there is a busy road just outside). Guest access Guests have access to the entire place. The owner of the house, Carin, lives periodically in the residential house next door. Private and free guest parking right outside the house. Other things to note In Vik there is an "Automat", a small self-service store. Open from 5:00 am - 11:00 pm every day of the week. The vending machine is only a 5-10 minute walk from the house. About a 20-30 minute walk from the house is one of Österlen's absolutely most beautiful and peaceful beaches, between Vik and Baskemölla. Golden yellow sand, completely surrounded by greenery. A paradise! On the way there, you have a breathtaking view of the sea and the Stenshuvud National Park. Once down in the fishing village, you can wander through the narrow streets and enjoy all the wonderful little houses with their well-kept, magnificent gardens. If you want to play golf, you are very close to Österlen's two fine golf courses; Djupadal and Lilla Vik. It's great to walk there, or take the (golf) car of course. :) From Vik, it's easy to discover Österlen! The famous Road 9 (from southern Trelleborg all the way to hilly Brösarp) runs through the village. From Vik to Brösarp with its historic inn, it is about 19 km. To the historic and cozy Simrishamn, it is about 9 km. Ystad, with its rich selection of shopping and restaurants, is about 50 km away. Between these metropolises, there are beautiful natural scenes, rural idylls and memorable cultural experiences. Everything within easy reach of Vik. :) It is also excellent to cycle or hike both north and south as the Southeast Trail (270 km bike/walkway from Simrishamn to Växjö) invites you to unforgettable views.
