In this quiet & child-friendly area in the middle of popular Nödinge, you will have access to an airy semi-detached house with lovely surfaces & spacious bedrooms. Exteriorly, it offers a large driveway space for 2 cars as well as a patio in a sunny location. Here you live close to playgrounds, golf course, soccer field and grocery stores. From Nödinge station, you can get to Gothenburg Central Station in just under 20 minutes. Perfect for a larger family or group of friends who want to relax and socialize! The space Warm welcome! Right when you step into the house there is wall-mounted storage for outerwear. On the left is the staircase that takes you up to the upper floor and directly to the right you will find a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. As you step further into the heart of the house, the kitchen and living room in a bright and open plan, there is plenty of room for both large and small. The kitchen is well-equipped and spacious, which invites social interaction around the kitchen island while the food is being cooked. The dining table accommodates up to 12 people. The living room has two comfortable sofas and a large TV, which has Apple TV. On the ground floor there is also a bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Bedroom 4: Family bed 80 + 120 cm and space for an inflatable mattress. In the room there is a desk and a spacious wardrobe. Bathroom 1: Tiled bathroom with underfloor heating, shower corner with glass doors, toilet and sink. When you get upstairs, you will find another 3 spacious bedrooms and a bathroom. Bedroom 1: King sized bed 180 cm and spacious wardrobe Bedroom 2: Single bed 120 cm and space for inflatable mattress The room has a desk, TV and clothes storage Bedroom 3: Single bed 120 cm and space for an inflatable mattress. The room has a desk and a spacious wardrobe. All rooms have windows that can be opened. Bathroom 2: Tiled bathroom with bathtub, underfloor heating, toilet and sink. Synthetic duvets and down-feel pillows are included. Bed linens and towels can be rented at an additional cost of SEK 200 per person and stay. For lovely summer evenings, there is a large terrace with dining table and chairs, a lounge group & trampoline for energetic bodies. You have access to gas and charcoal grill. If you want shade, there is a large awning to roll out. On the plot there is a small lawn and flower beds with wild strawberries, strawberries, sugar peas & blueberries. Enjoy! Guest access You are welcome to use all the spaces in the house in addition to the dressing room upstairs, labeled Private. The space under the stairs on the ground floor houses the WiFi modem as well as sorting for glass, newspaper and return bottles/cans. For other waste sorting, there are bins outside the entrance for cardboard/plastic and residual waste. The house has a hot compost for food waste and which is sorted in the intended bucket under the sink. There are two storage rooms that are accessed via the balcony or carport. As a guest, you do not have access to these. However, balls, outdoor games and gas and charcoal grills are at our guests' disposal. The gas canister for the grill is stored in the laundry room when not in use. The house is equipped with a code lock. Before arrival, you will have access to a personal code that is only valid during your stay. Other things to note The house is located in Nödinge, one of two central towns in Ale municipality. Just around the corner from the house, you will find a short-hole course for golf enthusiasts or just a lovely walking distance for those who appreciate fresh air and birdsong. If you want to cool off, Vimmersjön is at a proper distance & there is a jetty, a small sandy beach and barbecue facilities. You can reach Ale Square in about 10 minutes on foot or in 5 minutes by the local bus operated by Västtrafik. At Ale Square you will find Ica Kvantum, Lidl, Systembolaget, McDonalds, Lindex, charging station for electric car, a number of restaurants with the possibility of take away and much more. A short drive or a little longer walk away is Klädkällaren, which offers most of what you might need. A 10-minute drive and across the river is Kungälv & Bohus fortress, both of which are well worth a visit. If you prefer a visit to Gothenburg, you can easily take the commuter train from Nödinge station, a trip of less than 20 minutes. For those who long for crab fishing and saltwater swimming, there are a number of places that can be reached by car in 20-25 minutes.
