The charming apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (the beds are single beds that have been pushed together to form a double bed) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi and a TV; a cot and high chair are available if requested. A dining table with sunshade and chairs are available on the private terrace where you can round off a successful day with a glass of full-bodied wine. The communal area of the complex includes a garden, a pool of over 100 m², a sun terrace with deckchairs and a barbecue area. You also have a wonderful view of the mountains and the blue sea on the horizon. A restaurant, a supermarket and a gas station are within 2,7 km (a 4-minute drive) and the next beach, Playa Grande in Puerto del Carmen, is 7 km (an 11-minute drive) from the apartment. Parking spaces are available on the property. The first-aid kit is shared and is located by the pool. Portable heaters for the winter are available upon request. We give our guests a welcome pack. Children must be 13 years of age or older to stay at this property.
