Newly fitted kitchen with ceramic sink, large range cooker, microwave, Fridge freezer, dishwasher and breakfast bar. USB sockets. Bright conservatory with oak dining table and comfy armchairs looking over the garden. Utility with washing machine and laundry equipment. Rear outside terrace which has the sun for most of the day. Bistro table and chairs, comfy sofa, fire pit and lovely views. Stairs up to landing with work space. Spacious Master bedroom has lovely,comfortable king size bed, wardrobe, tv with firestick. Sash windows, providing views onto the street and the top of the green with white plantation shutters. White cotton bed linen. USB sockets. 2nd bedroom has a cosy comfortable double bed under the slanted roof and beautiful views over gardens and fields towards the river. Black out lined curtains. White cotton bed linen. USB sockets. Stunning bathroom with roll top bath and separate walk in, powerful shower. Lovely views from the large window with roller blind. We are next to a small village pub and can see down into the pub yard. White towels. Guest access The whole house and outside space is yours to enjoy. With exception of a few cupboards and the loft which will be locked where my personal belongings are kept. Other things to note The Pink Cottage is next door to a small excellent village pub. There can be noise on weekend evenings when they sometimes have live music but thankfully the old thick stone walls have been great and never bothered me in the 9years living here. It’s a friendly, happy village and the pub is an integral part of the community. They serve delicious Pizzas on a weekend. The cottage has low ceilings and there is a step down into the entrance porch from street level. Cyclists welcome. Please note only access to the garden is through the house where bikes can be taken to keep safe. Many beautiful villages to visit and charming Stokesley and Yarm Market towns have plenty of shops, pubs and eateries. Victorian seaside Town of Saltburn a 40min drive away. Yarm, Eaglesscliffe and Northallerton are the closest train stations. The house has been decorated to my taste with love. I still live/stay at the property sometimes when it’s not booked out and when I’m not traveling with work. Please respect the house. If things get broken, no problem, just let us know.
