Vacation home in a residential development (family-friendly)

Come and relax with your family and pets in an accommodation where you can breathe in the tranquility and where the main thing is to enjoy yourself. It is a vacation home with a 100% family atmosphere (no parties, no gatherings). We are located in a safe gated community, with a private garden, as well as a pool, palapa, and large shared gardens. Please carefully review the rules for you to choose the ideal accommodation for your rest plans. It will be a pleasure to welcome you any day of the week. The space The house has two floors: On the ground floor you will find the living room with air conditioning, dining room with space for 6 people, full bathroom, TV room with double sofa bed, kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare your food and direct entrance to the back garden that has a table, chairs and umbrella to enjoy the day outdoors. The upper floor has two bedrooms, the master bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning and balcony; and the second with two single beds, both bedrooms with a closet and a full bathroom. Guest access You can use the whole house, common areas such as the garden, pool and palapa; as well as enjoy cycling or walking with your pet (with a leash) throughout the subdivision. The subdivision has a tennis court, soccer field and an area for large events for rent (See availability in offices). To access the cluster, you pass through 3 security booths; prior to your arrival, the administration and security personnel will be informed, they can only provide you with access with the correct identification data, license plates, car and number of guests. Other things to note We are located in Yautepec, Morelos; the easiest entrance is through Booth No. 25 "Oacalco" from the Tepoztlán-Cuautla toll road, we are 20 minutes from Tepoztlán, 15 minutes from Oaxtepec and 30 minutes from Cuautla. It is essential to respect the rules of the cluster and the subdivision, there is 24/7 surveillance. It's a quiet area, around which you'll find various shops selling all kinds of food, a pharmacy, convenience stores such as Oxxo and 3B, as well as a gas station. Nearby you can find where to buy prepared food and everything to prepare a good roast.
