Warm living spaces, secret corners to dream, read, share. 3 minutes from the most beautiful sandy beach of Lake Geneva, this place comfortably accommodates 11 people and up to a maximum of 14 guests using the sofa beds. A nature refuge, a short walk from Lausanne. We come here to reconnect, recharge, celebrate the moment… or abandon ourselves to the water, the sun, the suspended time. The space Welcome to a charming house, a 3-minute walk from the most beautiful sandy beach in Lake Geneva. Ideal place to meet with friends, family or for a retreat in the middle of nature. The accommodation includes: • 4 comfortable bedrooms • 2 charming mezzanines — ideal for children or for the childlike souls who dream of sleeping under the stars. One of them accommodates a spacious 180 cm bed. • 2 fully equipped kitchens • 3 spacious bathrooms • A large living room with wood-burning stove • A flowered terrace, a shaded patio, several outdoor dining areas • An exceptional garden: fig trees, cherry trees, apricot trees, apple trees, plum trees, pear trees, flowers everywhere, cascading roses, various trees, vegetable garden, pond, deckchairs, and two paddles available The materials are all natural and chosen with respect for life: lime walls, organic paints, solid wood, stone bathrooms and fossilized wood basins, ecological cleaning products. The garden is inhabited by abundant biodiversity: birds, butterflies, bees, fish, newts, hedgehogs… and a few chickens to offer you fresh eggs every morning. All in an artistic, soothing and vibrant atmosphere, between contemplation, beauty and shared joy. A place designed to regenerate, in high frequency and in the sweetness of life. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, the fully privatized garden, the terrace, the lounge under the patio, the pond, the vegetable garden (harvest possible depending on the season) and the two paddles available (please put them back in place after use). Three free parking spaces are available in front of the house. The basement, the closed garage and a small maisonette located in the garden are not accessible. For the sake of living things, a friend can come and water the garden and feed the chickens if the weather is very hot — they will be discreet and respectful of your peace of mind. You will be greeted on site upon arrival. In case of late or self check-in, a lockbox is available upon request. I am always happy to show you the house if you wish, and to give you some tips to make the most of it. The house is located in a privileged area by the lake, in Préverenges. Bus stops are within walking distance and make it easy to get to Lausanne or Morges. Other things to note This place has been designed with care and awareness: natural materials, ecological products, and an atmosphere that respects life. The garden is inhabited: birds, butterflies, hedgehogs, newts, fish, chickens... Please take care of it with delicacy. The place is great for peaceful stays, for families, for retirees or for groups of friends. No parties or loud music outside. From midnight, the garden must remain silent. Music is welcome inside, respecting the place. Strictly no smoking is allowed inside the house.
