Conveniently located just 22 minutes from Sunday River and 9 minutes from Mt. Abram, Timberframe North is a comfortable home base for skiing, hiking, or simply relaxing in nature. To enjoy your trip to this property, 4WD may be required during snowy months. Linens / Toiletries Linens, towels, pillows and bedding are provided. Personal toiletries such as bath soap, shampoo/conditioner, toothpaste etc. are not provided. Thank you for helping us maintain a clean and enjoyable environment for all guests. Coffee / Coffee Maker Traditional drip coffee maker is provided. Bringing coffee/filters is recommended. Outdoor Grill The property is equipped with an outdoor grill and a propane tank is provided. If the tank needs to be refilled or exchanged during a stay, propane can be swapped out at a local convenience store in Bethel village.
