The location is excellent: Situated between Lake Wörthersee and Lake Klopein, Grafenstein lies idyllically nestled in nature. The apartment is located directly at the Melcherhof, a sanctuary for farm animals. The property is surrounded by lots of greenery and forest. In just a few minutes by car, you can reach Klagenfurt, the capital of Carinthia. You can start your day with a NESPRESSO coffee on the balcony, overlooking the Melcherhof and the mountain landscape, and enjoy all the lovely amenities of this apartment. It offers a cozy living area with a fully equipped kitchen and a dining space for 4 people. Each bedroom has a double bed (180x200 cm), plenty of storage for your clothes and luggage, and a smart TV. The theme "SHEEP" runs through the entire apartment. Around 20 sheep live happily at the Melcherhof. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink, and ample shelf space. Of course, we provide fresh towels and all the essentials like shower gel and shampoo. Guest access The entire apartment is at your disposal. Make yourself at home! The large garden is shared and available for everyone. You'll also find sun loungers and a ping-pong table there. Other things to note We provide high-quality bed linen and towels. You’ll also be welcomed with a complimentary coffee and tea starter set. You’ll receive the Wörthersee Plus Card, which offers many discounts in the region.
