Casa de Indio is located on the jungle side of the peaceful expat and Mexican community of Chan Chemuyil. This two bedroom casa boasts about it's quiet jungle evening and early morning rooftop sunrises. Enjoy the tranquil life in the heart of the Riviera Maya, just a 15 min walk from Xcacel, "the most beautiful beach in the Riviera", a protected natural reserve and turtle sanctuary, 5 min from the public beach of Bahía Príncipe, 15 min from the majestic ruins of Tulum, and 40 min from PDC. The space Each bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan and AC. There is closet space to unpack. The master bedroom is a KING and the guest bedroom is a QUEEN. The kitchen has a convection toaster oven, kettle, coffee maker and propane stove. Basics cooking and kitchen items are provided. Each bedroom has clean linens and a bath towel and beach towel provided. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the property with the exception of the private locked closet in the master bedroom and the Bodega Storage area. If you require bikes or snorkel equipment or request something special just let us know and we can recommend where to rent in the area or assist you in having items waiting for you. Other things to note NO SMOKING. NO PETS. NO PARTIES. PLEASE RESPECT THE NEIGHBOURS.
