The House: three bedrooms with double bed, living room and outdoor terrace, a bathroom and equipped kitchen. In the outdoor space, shared between the three apartments, there is a pool with chairs and lounge chairs and an equipped outdoor kitchen, and the garden. Ca' Roscia consists of three apartments: the Nest, the Den and the House.
