Clean room/private entrance/own bathroom

Enter through your private door, and relax in your spacious room. Private en suite bathroom features a spacious walk in shower with handheld shower nozzle, and large sink area. Our room is perfect for two adults and any children traveling with you. It has a comfortable queen sized bed, with extra bedding/travel crib available, should you need it, as well as a changing pad and simple baby supplies. Please don’t hesitate to ask if you need anything else! The space The room is comfortable with its own private entry door, complete with keypad lock. Each guest is given a unique code, that is promptly deleted upon checkout, as our guest’s safety and comfort is incredibly important to us. The room has an additional interior locking door that leads to the rest of the house, where you can access the kitchen, should you need to use the fridge or freezer. This is a great room for a family, especially with young children, as it is childproofed, with outlet covers, has the option of locking cabinets in the bathroom, we have a portable crib and changing pad, as well as no stairs or heights for a little one to fall from. For stays where you plan to be around the home more, you are welcome to use our outdoor fire pit in the backyard, as well as the outdoor dining area. Long term stays (7+ days) also have access to our kitchen for cooking, washer and dryer, as well as living room entertainment equipment. While we do accept pets, there is a pet fee associated with them, to accommodate the additional cleaning required to get the room ready for our non-pet guests. We also ask that dogs potty in our side potty area, and not on our turf out front. Guest access Your room and private bathroom are obviously your domain during your stay, and the fridge and freezer in the main kitchen is available should you need it. You are welcome to use the fire pit in the backyard if you’re staying here for long enough to enjoy it, just let one of us know and we are happy to show you how it works. Also the dining table outside is available, just let us know, and we are happy to uncover it for you. For long term stays, you have access to the kitchen for cooking, laundry amenities, as well as our living room entertainment equipment. During your stay We are usually home from the early evening and on, so if there’s anything you need, please don’t hesitate to come out of your room and ask, or send us a message on the app if you prefer. While we do have a couple of dogs, they are geriatric in age, and typically are not seen or even realize they exist, as they spend all their time sleeping and holding our bed down.🤣 Other things to note We have three young children (5 and under), and while all our bedrooms are on the other side of the house, the common areas are centrally located. We absolutely are respectful and keep quiet night hours for you, but there is some child noise here. We keep two doors between your room and our common areas closed, not to be antisocial, but to help keep your retreat as peaceful as possible. The guest room is not soundproof, and while it has its own entrance, it is connected to our home. If this will bother you during the day, this may not be the best fit for you.
