BearBerry Chalet - Relaxing, amazing mountain view

This beautiful open concept 5 bedrooms Log cottage, with wrap around deck, screened-in gazebo has amazing view of the Saint-Elias Mountain range (the tallest mountain range in Canada). Located on 20 acres of private land, it is the best place to go relax with friends and family and to go explore Kulane National Park! Only 5 minutes from Pine lake and 5 minutes from the town of Haines Junction, plenty of activities are awaiting for you! The space Located on a large private property this beautiful cottage offers all the space you need to enjoy your Yukon vacation! The BearBerry Chalet is a log cottage with an open common area, a large kitchen and everything you need to cook your meals. A perfect space to accommodate larger groups. The chalet is also very well equipped to accommodate families with bunk beds and a crib. The front of the chalet is covered with windows that let in natural light and give you an amazing view of the mountains. A bathroom, laundry room and TV/games room are also on the first floor. The second floor offer four bedrooms with comfortable beds and duvet and a second bathroom. The cottage has heated floors and a wood stove to keep you warm and comfortable during the colder months. Outside, the wraps around deck is t offering you the opportunity to enjoy the sun all day long. The gazebo allows you to have amazing BBQ dinners and evenings sheltered from mosquitoes. The gazebo is equipped with an outdoor couch and propane fireplace. The gazebo is the best place to have a glass of wine in the evening looking at amazing mountain views and wonderful sunsets. At the end of our property are groomed ski trails in the winter and a paved bike trail at the end of our street in the summer. Many ski and hiking trails start right at the end of our street! Guest access You have access to the entire chalet: A beautiful log home with a large open concept kitchen and living room. Lots of open space to accommodate big groups, with 4 bedrooms upstairs, a TV room downstairs and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped! Other things to note Water: The chalet has a big water tank that get fill before your stay. This tank hold enough water for over a week. Getting it fill during your stay is really hard, so please be mindful our the water consumption. Summer: Lots of hikes to do nearby! The Kuane National park is part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is the largest internationally protected area in the world. Also there are lots of trails starting from the chalet to go biking or walking and a pave biking trail to go in town or to Pine lake. Winter: If you love cross country skiing this is THE paradise for skiers! There is over 20km of groomed trail that start at the end of or driveway and over 5 other locations near by that has groomed trail as well.
