The Pond House

Between the charming village of La Bussière and the city of Gien, just 1.5 hours from Paris, La Caillardière opens its doors to you. In the heart of a 10 hectare property, you will enjoy the absolute calm, forest walks, relaxing moments by the pond or peaceful fishing parties. A heated swimming pool open between 7 AM and 9 PM is also available to guests (shared by the two gîtes). A peaceful haven to unwind in the heart of nature. The space Welcome to the Pond House, a spacious and comfortable cottage ideal for stays for families or groups of friends. This characterful house, sleeping up to 11 people, consists of 4 warm bedrooms, 2 baths and 2 toilets. You will enjoy a bright living room giving direct access to a large terrace with stunning views of the pond. For your comfort, bed linen and towels are provided. The peaceful setting, proximity to nature and modern comfort make this cottage an ideal place to stay to unwind. A heated swimming pool is available every day from 8:30 AM to 8:00 PM, shared between 2 gîtes. Other things to note It is possible to privatize the entire estate, ideal for large family reunions, stays with friends or small group events, in a natural, quiet and exclusive setting. For even more comfort and indulgence, we offer several options by reservation. A table d'hôtes with homemade meals, served directly in the gîte you occupy. - A generous and refined brunch to start the day.
