Our property is Located on Sugarloaf Mountain Resort & steeps from the Snubber chair lift mid station. Making this a great family Ski In and Ski Out location. The condo was built in the 1970’s and is situated on Mountainside Drive with a wilderness view from the deck. Sightings of wildlife occur regularly on the property. The condo is a single-story, single-bedroom condo style home with open-concept family room & kitchen . The property is clean, private & comfortable. Just minutes away are championship golf courses, mountain-biking out the door, fly-fishing, natural swimming holes, spas, boutiques, fine dining and the best skiing in the east. Our home sleeps 4 adults and 2 kids comfortably. The condo has parking for 1-2 vehicle. The private family room upstairs has comfortable queen size pull-out couch for sleeping, flat-screen TV & WiFi. Just off the family room is a small hallway with a sink and multiple hooks for jackets and or towels. A large double door provides lots of natural light and access to a private deck with a view to the Snubber trail and chairlift. All kitchen appliances including dishwasher, 12 cup coffee maker, toaster, oven, stove microwave and refrigerator, pots, pans, & flatware. There is a pay washer & dryer in the basement for added convenience. The dining area has a table with seating for 4. The master bedroom has one King bed and two twin beds set up as bunk beds, with ample room to move around. The home is outfitted with everything a young family would need for a hassle-free family vacation (including Pack & Play). This is not a home that we rent excessively. The owner uses the home regularly and prefers couples and/or families for guests. The location of the house is close to everything you need from the town grocery store, to Sugarloaf boutique shops, and some of the best local hang-outs in the area! There is also a season ski shuttle (bus) that can move you around the resort.
