The accommodation includes: * 2 independent bedrooms, each equipped with a 140cm double bed * A kitchen equipped with a stovetop, fridge, microwave, dishes, Senseo coffee maker and toaster * A friendly dining area * Bathroom with shower * A television * Wifi * A washing machine * A private entrance * On-site parking You will enjoy a quiet and functional place to stay, ideal for both a family vacation and a business trip. We live nearby and remain available if you need any advice or information during your stay. Guest access You have the entire apartment as well as its independent entrance. You can park for free on the premises, under the courtyard, or near the accommodation, depending on availability. Check-in can be done independently with a key box. The access information is provided to you on the day of your arrival. Other things to note Linen and amenities provided Bed linen is provided and the beds are made before your arrival. One bath towel per person is also provided. Welcome kit On arrival, you will find a small kit containing the essentials for the start of your stay: a roll of toilet paper, a garbage bag, dishwashing liquid, a sponge and a dish towel. For longer stays, guests are responsible for replenishing these consumables. End-of-stay cleaning The end of stay cleaning is included in the rate. We simply ask that you leave the accommodation in good condition: dishes washed, dried, and put away, trash cans emptied, and the accommodation tidy. In the event of significant soiling or exceptional cleaning requiring additional work, an extra fee may be requested.
