Escape to the tranquil beauty of Tomales Village in our charming and spacious 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom entire house! Enjoy the hot tub on back deck! Please note this is a 2 person max hot tub. Blending relaxed beachy vibes with the cozy comfort of a classic farmhouse, our home offers the perfect getaway for families and friends seeking a peaceful coastal retreat with convenient access to nature and local amenities. I look forward to hosting you! No pets, no smoking and no parties. The space 3 bedrooms upstairs, 2 full baths upstairs. One bath tub in master bedroom/ bathroom. Half bath located downstairs. Master bedroom offers a queen size bed and love seat sofa with an electric fire place and TV - one bassinet on request. Bedroom 1 offers a full bed and a twin bed- a beautiful pasture view and Tv. Bedroom 2 offers a full bed with a tv and electric fireplace with mature redwood trees outside the bedroom window. Star-link High-speed internet. Bassinet, pack-n play, and high chair available on request. Duraflame logs only to be used in the wood burning fireplace in the living room. Guest access You will have access to the entire house. Note- the garage will be locked and not accessible. The closet in the master bedroom will also be locked and not accessible. Hot Tub Safety & Rules- MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: 2 ADULTS (Strictly enforced due to the structural weight limit of the deck.) No one under the age of 18 permitted. Use at your own risk. Please, NO GLASS in or near the hot tub area. Other things to note I love pets and have many of my own but to ensure cleanliness and a quality stay for all of my guests- no pets allowed on the property. No smoking is allowed in, or near the home- no exceptions and you will be asked to leave if smoking occurs. You will not have access to the garage or the master closet. The washer and dryer is not available for use. Parking space is down private driveway, 2 cars can fit in the private driveway as long as the neighbors parking space is not blocked. An additional parking space is located just before the private drive way- see photos on where to park please, and please be considerate of parking in front of neighbors driveways. The home is located down a private driveway and cannot be seen from the road so please follow specific directions so ensure a smooth arrival! Need to check in early or check out later? Just ask, and I will do my best to make arrangements for you. Visiting for a holiday or special occasion? I can provide decorations upon request. If you'd like help with decorations for your celebration, just let me know before you arrive, and I'd be happy to assist! For events and weddings, a styling chair, mirror, and ring light are available upon request.
