Room in an attic with cats

I rent a comfortable room in my apartment, where my three super docile and sociable cats also live. The space is ideal for those looking for a quiet environment, with good location and the cute company of the cats. NOTE: WE DO NOT HAVE PARKING Warning: If you have allergies or don't like animals, this may not be the ideal place. The room is private and well-lit and airy. Areas such as the kitchen and living room are shared, always maintaining respect and good coexistence. Guest access The guest will have access to the kitchen and service area, and can use the utensils and products available, as long as they replace what is used. The living room has a TV and is available for use. The office can only be used with express authorization. The social bathroom will, in practice, be for the exclusive use of the guest, since the host uses the suite. During your stay I am open to interactions and available to help with anything. Guests can contact me at any time via the app chat, WhatsApp or phone call, if they have any questions or needs during their stay. Other things to note I just ask you to be careful with the front door to prevent my cats from escaping. They are docile and usually roam around the apartment, but they don't have access to the street, so it's important to always keep the door tightly closed when entering or leaving.
