Main House (2nd Floor): Master bedroom with a king-size bed and exceptional water views. Bunkhouse: A separate, private space with a queen-size bed. Bathrooms: 1st Floor: Full bathroom with a stand-up shower. 2nd Floor: En-suite bathroom in the master bedroom with a bathtub (please note, there is no shower in this bathroom). Guest access Guests will have private access to the entire property, including the main house, the separate bunkhouse, and the surrounding grounds. Enjoy the outdoor deck, fire pit area, and the rocky shoreline. A washer and dryer are available for your use, located in the basement which is accessed from the outside of the home. Ample parking is available in the driveway. Other things to note Bunkhouse: Please be aware that the separate bunkhouse is a private sleeping space but does not have its own bathroom. Guests will need to use the bathrooms in the main house. The bunkhouse is cooled by fans during warmer months. Shoreline Access: The path and stairs leading down to the water are on natural, uneven terrain. Please exercise caution, especially with children or those with mobility concerns. Laundry: The washer and dryer are located in the basement, which has a separate entrance from the outside of the home.
