This modern attic apartment is located on the 2nd floor (with elevator) and offers 80 m² of space for up to 5 guests. Perfect for small groups! The apartment is spread over two levels: The gallery features a large double bed. On the lower level, there is a separate bedroom with a double bed and a sofa that can be converted into a comfortable sleeping area. Other things to note You’ll also find an open, well-equipped kitchenette, a living/dining area with space to eat or work, a sofa in the reading/TV corner, a bathroom with shower and toilet, and a guest WC. Free Wi-Fi is included. The kitchen provides all essential utensils such as cutlery, dishes, glasses, pots, and dish towels. Fresh towels and bed linen are provided. All guests can enjoy the spacious garden and outdoor area. Our “Haus am Hof” is located in Kirchseeon near Munich and stands out for its peaceful setting surrounded by nature, excellent transport links, and a wide range of cultural and leisure activities. Experience a place where hospitality is our top priority. You will find many walking and cycling paths nearby. Bus and S-Bahn (10 minutes on foot) take you directly to Munich. By car, you can reach Wasserburg and Rosenheim in 30 minutes, and Chiemsee and other lakes in less than an hour. Museums, a cinema, and an outdoor pool offer variety. Nearby you will find bakeries, farm shops, supermarkets, and restaurants. The large garden and courtyard are perfect for relaxing and barbecuing. Our common room is ideal for gatherings—great for larger groups! Important: As an active farm, there may occasionally be agricultural noises or smells. Pets are not allowed.
