The space The accommodation consists of a ground floor with a storage room, a kitchen open to a large living room, 1 toilet with hand washbasin, a large bathroom with Italian shower and bathtub, as well as 2 bedrooms with storage cupboards. The floor is composed of a master suite with shower room and toilet as well as a large dressing room. Access to the basement, as well as a closed room on the ground floor is reserved for the owner. The accommodation is completed by a large unoverlooked terrace and an unheated covered outdoor pool of 8 x 4 x 1.5 m. As well as a large green garden with swing and trampoline for children. The accommodation, pool, and outdoor area are not shared and are only for guests. Guest access The whole house is available except for a closed room on the ground floor as well as the basement. Other things to note Access to the swimming pool from May 15 to September 15. (sunscreen or massage oil prohibited for access to the pool, please respect this because we have had big water treatment problems as a result of this). Please close the pool enclosure after each use to maintain the water temperature as well as for pool maintenance. 2 people are required to maneuver the pool enclosure in a linear manner. The pool is maintained every two days in the morning between 6 a.m. and 8 a.m. by an outside person. access to the pool is locked by key, so all swimming is under the responsibility of the parents. Jacuzzi out of service. Garden hut for children out of service, trampoline and swing available. The property must be left as clean and tidy as when you arrived.
