Offgrid cottage in the forests of northern Skåne

Relax in this small, unique and quiet accommodation in the middle of the forest in Strandböke, Västra Torup - without neighbors. You come here because you want to be close to nature and yourselves. Without electricity and water, you live freely and easily in harmony with animals and nature. The brave are welcome up in the lookout tower that stands in the magical fruit garden! If you want to escape the stress and constant hustle of society for a while, this is the cabin for you. The space Fresh and cozy cottage on a fantastic forest plot with, among other things, a lookout tower and orchard! The cottage consists of a single room of about 15 m2 with sleeping loft. There is a fireplace and 1 full basket of firewood is included. It is important to provide fresh air when you have a fire because it is a small cabin without ventilation. For example, by having a window open. The sleeping loft sleeps 2 people. The bed size is 140 x 200 cm but is experienced a little smaller due to slanted ceilings. There's also a sofa/bed for 1 person. Bedding is brought by the guest. Mosquito screens are available. The cabin has neither electricity nor water 🏡 There are battery-powered light loops in the cabin and on the outdoor toilet. In addition to that lighting, there are also kerosene lamps available. Most of the tools you may need are in the cabin. If there is something you are missing, we would like to know so we can add it 😊🙏🏼 New fresh outhouse. It is important that you sprinkle with a scoop of the ash and a scoop of the sawdust (in that order) after you have relieved yourself to keep the toilet fresh! 😊 Guest access You as guests are free to use all spaces. There is a fenced orchard with two entrances/exits. They should always be closed so wild animals do not get in and eat our trees and bushes 😊🙏🏼 You are welcome up in the tower inside the orchard if you dare 😉 Unless there is a fire ban, it is allowed to have a fire in the fireplace. Always have water ready. It's our well that's a bit down from the cabin and there it's okay to pump up water to the water cans. Other things to note The cottage does not have an address. When booking, you will receive coordinates. There is a wire stretched across the road leading to the cabin. When booking, you will receive information on how to open it. There is a nice large parking lot by the cabin. Important to keep in mind: there is no electricity and no water in the cabin. The cabin is OFF-GRID 😃 Dogs are okay, but we don't want them in the bed. You come here to relax and enjoy nature. It's important that you sprinkle with a whole scoop of ash and a whole scoop of sawdust after you have done your business on the outdoor toilet - every time 🙂🙏🏼 so we keep it fresh!
