Lovely blue bedroom

Lovely room in 1st floor flat in Kensal Rise. Comfortable & clean. The room is a studio/guest room, so it doesn't have a cupboard but has hangars & a rack for clothes. Centrally located, 10 mins from Portobello Market & Queens Park. Close to local shops/restaurants with easy transport all over London. 5 mins walk to Kensal Rise Overground & Kensal Green tube & lots of buses into town. Available to female guests only. There is a train line at the back of the flat, light sleepers bring ear plugs. The space The flat is calm and quiet and tidy and perfect for those looking for a tranquil stay in London. There are trains at the back of the property. I don't hear them, and they stop at around 12am and start again at around 6am. Light sleepers might need earplugs. 5 mins walk to Kensal Rise Overground & Kensal Green tube & lots of buses into town. Guest access The property is my home, and as a photographer I work in the living room and sometimes have clients in the studio on weekdays. This means I prefer to host guests that will either be out sightseeing or working in the week. During your stay The flat is my home and I am very happy to help with anything. I work from home either in the living room or studio on weekdays, so I prefer to have the flat to myself in the day. I am around in the evenings for any questions. Other things to note There are trains at the back of the flat. I don't hear them but if you are sensitive to sound please bring ear plugs. The curtains aren't black out so the room does let light in in the morning.
