Description

Our annexe has its own entrance, guests have a large bedroom with a seating area. There is a further dining area to sit and breakfast in, and a shower room beyond. There is a kettle and toaster and a small fridge. Some fruit, yogurt, sourdough and spreads will be provided ( for guests staying longer than one night) Our home was built circa 1490, the ceilings are low in the bedroom but can accommodate up to 6ft 4" The space There is a bedroom with small sofa (this can be opened to create a sofa bed if children or additional person wishes to stay for an additional cost) There is a small TV and a firestick for you to log into your favourite channels. There are no cooking facilities There is an excellent shower with organic shampoo and body wash provided. There is a Cafetiere, coffee and a selection of teas provided There will be fresh fruit, yogurt, milk and sourdough bread provided for guests staying longer than one night There are some jams/ spreads, butter, granola and seeds for everyone to use. These can all be enjoyed in the courtyard garden which will be yours for your stay to enjoy. Access only for garden hose to water garden and use of overflow fridge in a separate covered area. Guest access Guests have their own entrance, shower room, dining area and bedroom There is access to the courtyard garden, table and chairs outside. There is a kettle and toaster, small fridge and plates/ cutlery for takeaways. There is no microwave Other things to note There are a number of local places to eat, takeaway Indian, Thai van in village most Saturday evenings. We recommend The Lion ( walking distance), The Dennington Queen ( 15 mins in car), The Station or Watson and Walpole Framlingham ( both 15 mins by car) Debenham is a small village mentioned in the Doomsday book, there are a couple of cafes, pubs, an excellent antique shop and hardware store. There is also a really good butchers and a small coop. We are perfectly situated, easy access to the beach, Norfolk broads and north Suffolk with wineries, open air theatres and many pop ups. Maria Elia runs a monthly/ 6 weekly supper club serving Greek Cypriot Food. The Oxlip Table also runs fun supper clubs in Kelsale. Thorington Theatre runs outdoor theatre events. Flint, Wyken and other wineries run fun social events with music and food. Saunas to try in Dunwich or Bungay, the list is endless.
