Estarla Farm Stay

Stay in a 200-year-old farmhouse in upstate New York. Sleeps 10 with room for two couples and six children. Has gardens, animals, and trails around fields and in the woods. Inside there’s a kitchenette. A large yard has a picnic table plus propane and charcoal grills. Only 7 miles to Oneonta and the Cooperstown All Star baseball camp. Hunting leases available in season. The space The private entrance is an antique door with a modern keyless touchscreen deadbolt. Just inside is the entryway with pegs to hang outerwear and a bench to sit and take off boots. The antique stairway goes up to the common room with a kitchenette, fold out sofa, TV, and a table and chairs. The kitchenette includes a full-size refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, two-burner induction stove, air fryer/toaster oven, and hot water teapot. Rooms off the common room include a large bathroom with bathtub, the master bedroom, and a very large room called the dorm room. The master bedroom has an antique pressed-tin hand-painted ceiling, king-size bed, private fridge, heating and air-conditioning unit, blackout shades, and TV. It also has a private bathroom with shower stall. The dorm room has two bunkbeds, a single bed, and a full-size bed. It also has a desk with six chairs and an AC unit. Off the dorm room is a small library. Guest access The entire space described is for guest use only. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer accessed through the library which can be used upon request. Other things to note This hilly area, the foothills of the Catskill mountains, has spotty cell surface, especially in the valleys. The farmhouse has cable Internet with a Wi-Fi router plus a Wi-Fi booster in rented space. Although Wi-Fi is as good as cell service, if this is not what you want then you should know not to make a reservation here.
