A private rental accommodation where you can spend a relaxing time with family and friends. We have renovated the space to create a stylish environment where you can enjoy a comfortable stay while retaining the charm of a traditional Japanese house. The beautiful Sea of Japan is about a 5-minute walk away. You can enjoy marine activities such as swimming, SUP (stand-up paddleboarding), diving and fishing in the crystal-clear sea. There is also parking for five cars within a two- to three-minute walk, so groups can use the accommodation with peace of mind. You can enjoy BBQ in the backyard. You can bring your own BBQ equipment free of charge.If you would like to rent BBQ equipment, please contact us in advance as there will be a charge. Enjoy playing in the sea during the day, and spend a relaxing evening watching the beautiful sunset over the Sea of Japan. We hope you enjoy a special moment away from your daily routine in a nature-rich seaside town. The space This is a private old house about 5 minutes' walk from the sea. The ground floor has a living and dining room, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a toilet, There are 4 separate bedrooms on the first floor. You can enjoy a relaxing stay with your family or friends. The second floor is currently not open to guests. Guest access You will be using the entire building. You cannot enter the staff-only space for equipment storage and cleaning. Other things to note ■ Parking Parking is available a 2-3 minute walk from the accommodation. Parking is available for up to 5 vehicles. We will let you know the location before check-in. ■ Check-in/Check-out Check-in from 4:00 pm Check-out by 11:00 ■ BBQs You can enjoy a BBQ in the garden. You can bring your own BBQ equipment free of charge. If you would like to rent equipment, please contact us in advance (for a fee). ■ Fireworks Only handheld fireworks are allowed. Fireworks and loud fireworks are prohibited. ■ Vicinity You can reach the beach in about 5 minutes on foot. You can enjoy swimming in the sea, stand-up paddleboarding (SUP), fishing, and more. There are no convenience stores or supermarkets nearby, so please do any necessary shopping in advance. ■ Keep in mind Absolutely no smoking inside. ・ Please keep the noise down after 21:30. ・Please refrain from holding parties or playing loud music.
