Annexe with Private Courtyard, Short walk to Town

Located in Faversham, enjoy the local area at the house with its own private courtyard and access, a short walk from many great pubs and restaurants in town. Downstairs there is a sofa bed which can pull out to form a small double bed (best suited for kids). Smart television, microwave, electric hob (no oven provided), kettle and fridge in the kitchenette area. Separate shower room with King sized bed upstairs. With your own private courtyard, there is space to relax and enjoy the sunshine. Guest access The entire annexe will be available during the stay, with your own private entrance gate, accessible only to the annexe itself. Other things to note Please note that there is no cooker at the property. There is a microwave and electric hob for heating up food and a fridge/freezer for storing food items. There are numerous great cafe’s, restaurants and takeaways in town, along with many options for delivery via Uber Eats and Deliveroo.
