Located on approx. 5 acres this cabin has water source and electricity, access to the Lamprey river and miles of trails for riding or hiking. 8 min. from New England Drag-way. 11 min. from Historic Exeter NH The space A beautiful example of fine craftsmanship. This “bunk house” was built over 100 years ago and served as sleeping quarters while the main home was being built. Located approximately 25 feet away from the main house you have your own private, quiet space.
