This beautiful 5* barn conversion nestles in the idyllic rural setting of Hassall, Sandbach, overlooking the grounds of Cheshire Racehorse Retraining. Lovingly renovated in 2022, the barn blends thoughtful design with charming original features, creating a home away from home. If you're looking to relax, unwind & escape the everyday, it's a perfect retreat for couples, families, friends & their four legged companions. The space The ground floor of the barn offers a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for a comfortable, home-from-home stay, including a washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, toaster and kettle. Complimentary tea, coffee, sugar and milk are also provided to help you settle in. The open-plan kitchen, living and dining area is a lovely, welcoming space to relax and unwind. It features a comfortable four-seater sofa, Freeview Smart TV, Wi-Fi and a dining island that doubles as a handy workspace. There is also a separate toilet, with underfloor heating throughout for an extra touch of comfort. Upstairs, you’ll find two inviting bedrooms, each furnished with a comfortable double bed, luxurious goose-down pillows, cotton bed linen, a wardrobe and bedside tables, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The main bathroom features a walk-in shower, sink, toilet, heated towel rail and a generous selection of towels. Step outside and discover your own little haven. Enjoy a soak in the premium hot tub, put your feet up on the patio sofas, gather around the fire pit on a cosy evening or fire up the BBQ for a relaxed meal outdoors. It’s the perfect spot to slow down, breathe in the fresh country air and make wonderful memories during your stay. Guest access We love sharing our passion for horses with our guests! During your stay, you're very welcome to come and meet our resident horses, but please arrange permission beforehand with either Richard or Vicki. Your patio overlooks our exercise arena, where you'll often find us working with the ex-racehorses staying with us at Cheshire Racehorse Retraining as they learn new skills and prepare for their next chapter. You're more than welcome to sit back and watch us at work, or come and have a chat and ask any questions. We always love talking about our horses and sharing a little of what we do! Other things to note We’re delighted to welcome your four-legged friends, with up to two dogs welcome to join you for your stay. For everyone’s comfort, the barn is strictly non-smoking, and secure onsite parking is provided for your peace of mind. You’ll find a handy guest information booklet in the barn, with everything you need to know about the Wi-Fi, heating controls, hot tub rules and other useful information to help you settle in and make the most of your stay.
