Each of the four individually designed rooms is dedicated to an African wild animal and furnished with a lot of attention to detail. Welcome to the top floor of our Shimba guest house! Here you will find a lovingly designed apartment with two charming bedrooms, two private bathrooms, a small kitchen for self-catering and two balconies with stunning views of nature. 🐘 "Tembo" room – large, cozy & with balcony The heart of the apartment is the spacious Tembo room, named after the Swahili word for elephant. Here you will sleep royally in the large, comfortable double bed, surrounded by ornate elephant pictures, sculptures and original paintings. A private large balcony with a view invites you to breakfast in the sun or a sundowner in the evening quiet. 🐒 "Sokwe" room – small, fine & green The second bedroom – the Sokwe room – is smaller, but at least as charming: inspired by the chimpanzee, of course, decorated with lots of green details, art and coziness. The private bathroom is only part of this room and is located a few steps across the hall – perfect for a little extra privacy. Guest access 🌍 And all around? Other things to note 🛁 Whirlpool & Sauna – your little break from everyday life 🌿✨ My small wellness area is a place to relax, unwind and enjoy. So that everyone feels completely comfortable and it stays clean, warm and cozy, you will find a transparent price overview and a few lovingly intended notes here. 🌞 Use The wellness area is generally at the disposal of all guests. Please let me know when you arrive or shortly before use – then I will be happy to prepare everything for you. 💶 Rates 🛁 Hot tub (max 3p) €30 for 1 hour Each additional hour or part thereof: €10 So that the hot tub is pleasantly warm, I ask that you let us know in time – it takes a very long time to heat up. Approximately 1.5 degrees per hour. 🔥 Panoramic barrel sauna (4 people max) Depending on the outside temperature, the sauna takes about 1 hour to heat up. The use costs 6 euros per hour it is switched on. Exclusive use In principle, every guest should be able to enjoy relaxation. However, depending on the number of visitors, I can rent it exclusively for 1-2 hours. In return, the following additional prices will be added. Sauna only (up to 2 hours): €15 Jacuzzi only (1 hour): €15 Entire wellness area (2 hours): 30€ 🍾 a bottle of sparkling wine goes to the house 📜 So that everyone feels comfortable A few small rules help keep it enjoyable for everyone: 🌿 General 🚿 Please shower briefly – so everything stays nicely clean. Please 🍹 use glass bottles with care. 🚫🍔 No food in the pool or sauna area. Please only 🚭 smoke outside. 🩳 Whether naked or with swimwear – everyone the way they like. Mutual respect is important. 🌙 In the evening and at night please have consideration for the other guests. The hot tub is generally intended for shared use (max 3 people at the same time). 🛁 Tub Please briefly register with me (Ingo). Max. 3 people at the same time. No oil, makeup, or hair color in the water. Please do not adjust the temperature yourself. After about 30 minutes of bubbling, take a small technical break. After use, please close the lid again and let us know briefly. Panoramic 🔥 sauna 4 people max at the same time. Please always put in a towel – this protects the wood. Do not place wet textiles on the benches. Please do not use the oven myself – I'm happy to help you. Please only be very careful and in small quantities to keep the wood dry.
