The space For the layout of my studio, I chose a "real" bed with a good mattress, 2 armchairs to watch a movie or share a drink. The TV is hung and adjustable. The apartment located on the side of the residence has a hanging balcony. The kitchen area is well equipped with induction cooktop, oven, fridge, coffee machine and kettle. In the entrance, a large closet adorns the wall with shelves, wardrobe and drawers, thus freeing up the space of the living room. The bathroom is comfortable with a bathtub, a hanging toilet and a washing machine. The property has fiber internet and TV. Guest access Guests can use the entire home at their convenience. Other things to note I do not charge a cleaning fee for this studio. I therefore ask my guests to clean before leaving the apartment. The garbage cans must be emptied and sorted before your departure. Dirty laundry is to be left in the laundry basket. Only the bed does not need to be changed; I will take care of it upon your departure. The number of guests indicated at the time of booking must be respected; no additional guests will be accepted.
