The space Federico's accommodation is a three-room apartment, equipped with air conditioning and heating, a short distance from the sea and located in a very quiet area. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, an equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a living area and an outdoor area where there is also a comfortable shower to be able to wash back from the beach. Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and comfortable spaces to accommodate your clothes and luggage with ease. At the entrance, you will immediately find the living area with a small sofa, a spacious table, a TV, and a kitchen already equipped with all the necessary utensils to prepare excellent meals. You will find: - Gas cooktop - Microwave - Refrigerator -Freezer -Pots and pans The accommodation has a full bathroom consisting of a sink, toilet, bidet, and shower, and there is also a washing machine to comfortably wash your clothes completely free of charge. The outdoor area is ideal for enjoying moments outdoors with your friends or family. Bed linen and towels are not included in the base price of the stay, but are available on request with a rental service. If you wish to use it, you can book it at a cost of €25 per person. Our linen is of high quality and is professionally sanitized with each use to ensure maximum cleanliness and comfort. Please let us know in advance to ensure availability.
