Magnificent RURAL HOUSE in Majaelrayo - on the route of the BLACK VILLAGES of Guadalajara -, about 120 km from Madrid capital. Ideal for a GROUP of up to 16 adults and 4 children, as it has large spaces (exterior and interior) and beautiful rooms with en-suite bathroom. There are two patios equipped with a BARBECUE, PRIVATE POOL, gazebo and garden furniture where you can enjoy wonderful views of the mountains and forests surrounding the house. The space El Callejón de la Gata is a 4-star green rural house with 320 m² of useful interior space, distributed over 3 floors: On floor 0 35 m² LIVING ROOM with fireplace, 43 m² separate DINING ROOM, large fully equipped KITCHEN and TOILET. On the 1st floor 5 BEDROOMS with double beds: 4 of the bedrooms have an EN-SUITE BATHROOM and 1 bedroom with an adjacent bathroom. On floor 2 (attic) Master suite of 70 m²: Living room with sofa beds, kitchenette and BEDROOM with EN-SUITE BATHROOM. Outside, 2 patios totaling about 600 m² Fantastic 3.5 x 7 m PRIVATE POOL and salt chlorination system, gazebo, garden furniture and BARBECUE. All this in a unique natural environment, isolated but close, where you can enjoy a still wild Nature... The El Callejón de la Gata country house (up to 20 PAX) is rented in its entirety. It has 12 main seats and 4 sofa beds, making it ideal for groups of up to 20 people in total (up to 12-14 adults and up to 8-6 children, at most, respectively). If your group is smaller, up to 14 people in total (10-11 adults and 3-4 children) and requires less space. Guest access In principle, you will have access to all rooms except 3 warehouses and a shed that are closed to the public. Other things to note With specific exceptions, the price of the contract is variable depending on the size and composition of the group that makes the stay. The amount will be confirmed by the Accommodation at least 5 days before the start of the stay, if there is any change in the final composition of the group or the extra services. Subsequently, up to 48 hours before the start of the stay, only minor changes may be made. After that, the contract will be completely closed to changes. We apply discounts for stays of 3 or more nights, depending on the day of the week of check-in and check-out.
