The resort also boasts four swimming pools, a children’s pool, two hot tubs, fitness center, two miniature golf courses, two saunas, a barbecue picnic area, and a playground. The location in Sevierville, Tennessee, provides easy access to nearby attractions such as Dollywood, Great Smoky Mountains National Park, and various live entertainment venues, ensuring that there’s something for everyone to enjoy. GUEST NAME CHANGE POLICY Guest name changes on the reservation must be made more than 15 days prior to check-in. The resort charges a $99 guest name change on the reservation. RESERVATION CHANGE POLICY All date, unit, or location changes made are subject to a $30 change fee. Any changes are subject to the resort’s availability. CANCELLATION POLICY A full refund will be provided for cancellations that are made 31 days prior to check-in. A 50%refund will be provided for cancellations 30 to 15 days prior to check-in.
