Le Gîte du Pied Levé - charming cottage in the countryside

Located in the heart of the Bain countryside, the Gîte du Pied Levé combines the calm of the countryside, accessibility (5 km from the 4-lane Rennes/Nantes) and proximity to amenities (3 km from the town of Bain de Bretagne). Numerous activities are to be discovered nearby. For lovers of hiking, horseback riding or cycling, the green route VD 12 Châteaubriant/Guipry-Messac is waiting for you just 2 km from the cottage. The space Renovated in an 18th century longhouse, this 70 m2 duplex cottage combines the charm of the old with the comfort of a recent dwelling. It offers you a breathtaking view of our vegetable gardens and the surrounding countryside. On the ground floor you will find a furnished kitchen with all the amenities necessary to prepare your meals. The kitchen is open to the dining room and living room consisting of a sofa bed and a flat-screen TV. Wi-Fi access is free. The living room opens onto a private wooden terrace overlooking our animals (depending on their pasture location). The ground floor has a separate toilet. Upstairs you will have two bedrooms with queen size bed, and a bathroom with sink, shower and toilet. Bedding is provided and included in the price of the rental. Bath towels are not included in the rental price. They can be requested as an option (see House Manual). Board games for adults and children are at your disposal. Our orchard, barbecue and boules court are at your disposal to enjoy a "lazy" day on the farm. You'll probably meet our animals there. There's also a bike room with raques and refills. This cottage is the perfect place for a relaxing moment for families or groups of friends. Other things to note Every Friday night and Saturday morning, we open our farm shop to sell our vegetables as well as other products from organic and local producers, we will be happy to see you there!
