It has spacious living room with dining area, a well apportioned kitchen and 4 double bedrooms of various sizes, all of them being spacious and comfortable for 2 persons each bedroom. There are 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom is the largest and has en suite bathroom and double bed. The other 3 bedrooms have 2 single beds each and share the other 2 bathrooms between them. Outdoors there is a large courtyard, pool with optional child proofing barrier, a small garden and access to the entire farming estate, where guests may take part in the typical Ibicenco farming experience in various ways. The nearest beach is a minute walk from the house, and there are many other beaches within 5-10 minutes drive away. A vehicle is necessary for this property as public transport is not much of an option. Guest access The property is within a fenced area and no persons will enter the interior of the house or exterior fenced off areas without your permission, so all those parts of the property are exclusively for you as Guest, and for your group, including the pool, garden and courtyards. You as Guest, and your group may also request access to the larger estate, the farmed vegetable gardens, livestock paddocks etc. and once having learned the necessary precautions, will be allowed to freely access these at your discretion. There is an adjoining house which is fenced off and requires permission to enter that courtyard, but it is set to one side and both houses are quite privately kept from each others' spaces by the existing structural layout.
