Beautiful quiet place with a large garden full of fruit and ornamental trees, with flower and herb beds, several seating areas, fireplace, smokehouse, swings for children, sandpit. Bicycle paths and hiking trails all around. In the vicinity of 5 lookouts and countless bunkers. The space Králický Sněžník is still a bit of an undiscovered tourist paradise. For example, not everyone knows that it is the third highest mountain range in the Czech Republic! Or that the local mountain Klepáč (with a lookout tower) is a unique European landmark. Water from its slopes flows into three seas = the watershed of three seas. There is no similar place in any neighboring country! In recent history, there was a military area in this area that prevented the development of tourism. On the other hand, it protected the local natural beauty. And so now the military roads along the contours have become great bike paths, routes for pedestrians (even for families with children) and in winter for cross-country skiers. It is beautiful here in every season. Some say it's best in winter, when you can ski on the great local slopes (there is also an official FIS slope) or cross-country skiing on the groomed trails. Others say that summer is the best time, when the military action CIHELNA takes place or when you can walk in the mountains and pick blueberries or raspberries and maybe swim in the dam. But autumn in our garden, when all the fruit ripens, mushrooms are dried, meat is roasted on the fire in the evening and the guitar is played, is magical. But if you've been here in the spring, when the bees are buzzing and the pears, apples and quinces are blossoming, then you know when it's the nicest here :-) Guest access In addition to the apartment, guests can use the entrance porch, ski/bicycle room, a corridor with tables and benches and a large entrance hall (e.g. for drying shoes or ski boots - electric dryers are available) Furthermore, guests can use the large garden around the cottage with seating and a fireplace. The surroundings of the cottage are ideal for children - in the morning you let them out and call them in for food :-). Daddy goes to the cottage for mushrooms and Mommy rests. There's only nature around the cottage, no busy roads, etc. Trees, bushes, meadows, a stream and a forest. In the warmer season, guests can also use the fireplace (including seating), smokehouse, swings, benches with parasols... Some guests also build a tent for children :-) From the end of spring almost to winter, something is still ripening in the garden and so (not only) children can taste fresh fruit. Sometimes we are surprised that for children it is an experience to see the chickens behind the fence or to feed them, or when they can pet our cat. At other times, for example, they play on the straw bales in the surrounding meadows :-) In the winter months, you can go sledding or bobsledding right next to the cottage. Unlike busy mountain resorts where you look out the window at the next guesthouse, here you can see the beautiful nature. At the same time, the bustling mountain resort with all its attractions and activities is only 4 km away! Other things to note Children: A discount per child can be provided on request. 0-3 years 200 CZK/night (without a bed - sleeps with a parent or in their own cot) Valid for 1 child only. If the child has a separate bed, the price is the same as for another adult. After experience, we no longer accommodate even the smallest children for free. Before booking, we will send a SPECIAL OFFER for approval. Pets: are allowed only by prior arrangement (200 CZK per night) - they cannot stay alone in the apartment without their owner.
