The house is conveniently located off Route 19, less than 15 minutes from Fayetteville, 20 minutes to Beckley, and right in the middle of everything the New River Gorge has to offer! Come enjoy a stay in the heart of WV! The space It's an expansive property with a fenced yard. Guest access You will have your own room and en suite bathroom. Kitchen and living room are shared with another tenant. You will be responsible for half of utilities. A couple will be charged $850 and a corresponding percentage of utilities.
