A Grade II listed barn conversion. A luxurious cosy home that offers an escape to a traditional rural hideaway. Our 18th century gem welcomes groups/families up to 6 people as well as well behaved dogs. Staying in our barn gives you access to many miles of grassland walking tracks around our private 160 acre farm. There is also easy access to the South Downs National Park, historic and cultural destinations and endless family activities. The space 3 ensuite bedrooms, 2 with king size beds (1 on the ground floor) and 1 with 2 single beds make this an ideal property to get away with family or friends. There is a living room with smart TV, a selection of books, board games and wireless internet connection throughout the barn. The open plan kitchen has all the necessities required to enjoy your stay including a coffee machine for the all important morning coffee! A snug sits off the kitchen to allow for relaxing while still being able to join in with the kitchen activities. Other things to note Nearest Services Turn left out of the driveway to Upper Dicker (0.5 miles). A great pub 'The Plough Inn' as well as a fabulous village shop which offers a great menu all day and also sells a wide range of supplies. Turn right out of the driveway, then at the T junction turn right onto the A22 to Boship Roundabout services (1 mile) to find a Shell Service Station, Starbucks and Greggs.
