My Lake House

This is a comfortable manufactured lake house with an additional room and a laundry room. The home features a small but fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, a hallway, and a covered carport. Outside, you’ll find a wood-grilled area perfect for relaxing. There are two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed. and an individual bed The lake is approximately a 6-minute walk from the house The space This is a Manufactured Home with additions and covered patio, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathroom, living room, kitchen and wood fireplace in the patio, wood grill outside. 3 tvs, 3 mini split units with Ac and heating.supermarket is conveniently located just 3 minutes away. The home is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, ideal for rest and relaxation. Guest access 7 Minutes walking to the lake. Other things to note Guests have full access to the house. Please note that this is my weekend home, and two drawers (out of twelve available in the bedrooms) contain personal items such as sweaters or pajamas for my visits. The refrigerator usually has some drinks or food, if you need something you are welcome to have it. Just make sure to check the expiration dates. Usually I visit the place every 2 or 3 weeks.
