The accommodation is located a 20-minute walk from the Segré bus station, offering connections to Angers. The house can accommodate up to 15 people with its 7 comfortable bedrooms. Access to the house is suitable for people with reduced mobility (PMR) for the kitchen, the ground floor bedroom and the bathroom. However, please note that there are three steps to access the living room. Living spaces Living Room: Enjoy a bright and inviting living room with a corner sofa for your TV moments, two leather sofas and armchairs around the fireplace, creating a cozy and friendly space. Next door, a play area is available, perfect for kids or for fun with friends. Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen, in its original style, is ideal for preparing your meals in a warm and family atmosphere. It has a baby high chair if needed. You can enjoy your meals on the covered terrace with built-in barbecue, offering an exceptional view of the 5000 sqm garden – the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sunny days. senseo coffee maker Laundry Room: The house has a large functional laundry room but in its juice, equipped with a 9kg dryer, a 10kg washing machine, and 7 baskets to efficiently sort linens. The room also benefits from a window and a large velux overlooking the garden, bringing natural light. Les Salles de Bains: The house offers two bathrooms: • Bathroom 1 (First floor): Functional, convenient and well equipped, in a retro style, but fully functional. • Bathroom 2 (Ground floor): Spacious and convenient shower (shower and toilet PMR). Toilets: The house has 3 toilets: 2 on the ground floor and 1 upstairs. They are simple and functional, maintaining their original charm. Bedrooms On the ground floor: • Bedroom 1: Bright bedroom with two single beds, connectable for a couple or perfect for two children. • Bedroom 2: Bright bedroom with two single beds, connectable for a couple or perfect for two children. • Bedroom 3: Family bedroom ideal for small children, equipped with a baby bed, a changing table, and two low single beds (UTÅKER IKEA) stackable bed. Ideal as a children's room. On the first floor: • Bedroom 4 (Mansardée): Charming room, with a single bed and a desk. Great for a workspace or reading area. • Bedroom 5 (Attic): Cozy bedroom, equipped with a double sofa bed (IKEA HEMNES), offering a cozy and intimate atmosphere. • Bedroom 6: Spacious bedroom with a 160cm wooden bed, comfortable and bright. The floor could benefit from a small renovation to regain all its brilliance. • Bedroom 7: Very large bedroom with two bunk beds ( so 4 beds), ideal for families or groups of friends. Although the bedroom is spacious and bright, the floor requires a small refurbishment to regain all its charm. The wooded grounds: The 5000m2 green space offers a variety of spaces for all tastes. Guests can enjoy a shaded seating area, a small soccer field for the more athletic, and pretty winding paths to explore. There is a BESTWAY 8m x 3m70 TUBULAR pool. Children will appreciate the cabins hidden in the garden, and nature lovers will be seduced by the diversity of flowers that brighten up the space. Everything is equipped with the necessary furniture: garden chairs, garden tables and benches for convivial moments outdoors. Location: The house is located in a residential area, surrounded by several houses, offering a large green space and a peaceful setting. Just a 5 minute walk to the health center, pharmacy, bakery and grocery store, it is also a 10 minute walk to the city center, where you will find all amenities: butcher, stationery, market, and many more. It is also only 300 meters walk from the entrance of the Parc du Château de la Lorie, a popular place for weddings and events. Other Information: • Dogs: Not allowed inside the house, but are welcome in the outdoor space. • The end of stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the house in a proper state of cleanliness and clean the appliances after use. • At the end of your stay, please place used sheets and towels in the baskets provided for this purpose in the laundry room. • Thank you for respecting the common areas and leaving them in a clean state. • For everyone's comfort, please turn off the lights and electrical appliances when you leave. • Smoking is not allowed inside the house. A smoking area is arranged outside. • If you have children, please monitor the use of games and equipment. • For everyone's peace and quiet, please respect the quiet, especially during your outdoor evenings.
